Hacienda Monasterio Reserva 2020 is a premium red wine made with a careful selection of Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec grapes. The grapes come from Hacienda Monasterio's own vineyards located in Pesquera del Duero, at over 900 meters above sea level, on soils with a high concentration of limestone. The grapes are harvested manually, and the grapes are transported to the winery in small plastic crates to prevent breakage and maintain all their properties. Fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts, and malolactic fermentation takes place in French Allier oak barrels. Aging takes place for 18 months in French Allier oak barrels (60% new and 40% second-year), followed by a rest in the bottle for at least 12 months before release.

Intense cherry red color with violet hues, clean and bright.
Nose:
Intense aromas of ripe red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, combined with floral notes of rose. Mineral aromas and delicate menthol notes also stand out.
