José Pariente Verdejo 2025 is a white wine from the Rueda D.O., made with 100% Verdejo grapes from our own vineyards and those of small winegrowers. Its winemaking process includes fermentation in stainless steel, concrete, and wooden vats, followed by aging on lees for 4 months, which gives it complexity and character.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Bright straw yellow color with greenish hues.
Nose:
Intense and elegant aromas, highlighting white fruits such as pear and peach, citrus, passion fruit, fennel, scrubland, and an aniseed and balsamic base.
Palm:
The palate is unctuous, sweet, and elegant, with a touch of final bitterness characteristic of the Verdejo variety. The vibrant acidity and persistence provide a rich and profound experience.
