La Infanta By Mikaela is a wine made from a very unique plot of 0.42 hectares, located in the municipality of Casas de Benitez, on calcareous clay soil with pebbles on the surface. It is a vineyard planted in 1912.
A wine that conveys the soil, the variety, the climate, in short, a magical wine, mineral and with a lot of authenticity, which expresses the typicality of a very special vineyard in which 3 different clones of Bobal have been identified, to achieve more complexity in the resulting wine.
It is made in open French oak barrels of 500 liters, the alcoholic fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts; and it is aged in a new barrel of 500 liters and in a new barrel of 300 liters for 24 months.
