A classic of the Rías Baixas and one of the best known whites in Spain. Mar de Frades conveys all the expressiveness of Albariño in a wine with saline hints that seduces with its elegant freshness, resulting in an impeccable example of Atlantic style. The label incorporates a heat-sensitive logo, where a small boat will appear when the optimum drinking temperature is reached and will disappear when the wine is not cold enough.

TASTING NOTE

Pale lemon color with lime green highlights.
Nose
Fresh and intense with aromas of tropical fruit (mango and passion fruit), wild flowers and notes of eucalyptus and mint.
Palate
Fluid and pleasant, with a personal saline and mineral character.

VINEYARD AND WINEMAKING
After selection, the grapes go to the Ganímedes macerators, where they remain with their skins between CO2 for 18 hours. Thus, clean and strongly floral musts are obtained, which will ferment with their own yeasts to reveal the Atlantic and varietal aromas. The musts are fermented slowly with their own yeasts.
