Miguelón 2024 is a young red wine from the Arlanza Designation of Origin, produced by Bodegas Sierra. This wine pays tribute to Miguelón, the Neanderthal man discovered in the Burgos region. It is made with Tempranillo grapes from vineyards that are around 50 years old, planted in deep soils with subsoils made up of soft rocks and numerous boulders. The harvest is carried out manually in boxes of approximately 8 kg to prevent the grapes from being crushed and broken.
