To make this crianza, the Ontañón family joins Tempranillo grapes of different ages with old Garnacha grapes from a careful and respectful viticulture along the Sierra de Yerga. The result is a meaty, spicy red wine, with balsamic suggestions, but with an absolute protagonism of the fruit.
