TASTING NOTES
Appearance
Intense dark cherry color, almost garnet or dark red.
Nose
Complex and enveloping, with notes of ripe black fruits (blackberry, sour cherry, cassis), accompanied by spicy flavors (vanilla, licorice), herbal touches (mint, eucalyptus, lemon balm), and balsamic nuances reminiscent of chocolate and eucalyptus.
Palm:
Fruity, with hints of plum, black cherry, and currant; a light minty and spicy note emerges, with a "fleshy" sensation enriched by the wood.
