RIPPA DORRI Verdejo ORGANIC 2024

Rippa Dorii Verdejo Organic 2024 is an organic single-varietal wine from the Rueda D.O., made with grapes from our own certified sustainable vineyards, some over 60 years old, located on poor, stony soils. Part of the must ferments in French oak barrels, enriching the final blend, while the remainder ferments in steel vats with gentle fermentation on the lees, providing volume, smoothness, and elegance.

TASTING NOTES

Color:

Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections and clear iridescence.

Nose:

Intense and complex, with aromas of white fruit (pear, apple), citrus, fennel, herbal and balsamic touches, along with a subtle chalky minerality.

Palm:

Fresh, smooth, and well-structured, it presents good acidity and volume, with marked varietal notes and a pleasant final bitterness typical of Verdejo.
