Pago de la Oliva Savia 2020 is an organic red wine from the D.O. V.T. Castilla y León, made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from our own vineyards over 30 years old. Aged for six months in semi-new fine-grain French oak barrels, this wine reflects the ultimate expression of decades of work in the vineyard, offering great quality, body, and balance.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Intense cherry red color with violet tones, bright and clean.
Nose:
Intense aromas of ripe black fruits, blue flowers, and spicy nuances from the oak, which provide complexity and elegance.
Palm:
Broad and fresh entry, with a solid structure and lively yet polished tannins. The palate is balanced, with a long finish full of aromatic sensations that invite further tasting.
