Remírez de Ganuza Blanco Reserva 2023 is a white wine made with a selection of Viura, Malvasía, and other native grape varieties from the area. The grapes come from low-yield vineyards, with an average age of 60 years, located in Rioja Alavesa towns such as Samaniego, Elciego, and Laguardia. The grapes are harvested manually in 12 kg boxes, followed by a rigorous selection of the bunches.
