Taté may well be one of the most special wines produced at Viña Somoza. It comes from different plots with soils of varying composition, though all share a sufficiently steep slope to make its viticulture a truly heroic endeavor. This is a red wine with character, offering hints of red fruit and minerals on the nose and a fresh, light taste on the palate.

Appearance
Light ruby color.
Nose
Predominant aromas of pinkish flower petals and small red fruits, accompanied by mineral notes of flint and chert.
Palate
Direct and lively, with a restrained yet vibrant structure, faithfully reflecting the character of its granitic soils.
