ROMANÉE -SAINT VIVANT- GRAND CRU ALBERT BICHOT 2022

Vosne-Romanée is a famous village in the Côte de Nuits, largely due to the 6 Grand Crus that come from this legendary terroir. It was the monks of the abbey of Saint-Vivant, located near Vergy, on the Hautes-Côtes, who cultivated these plots almost 1000 years ago. This mythical climate lies just below Romanée-Conti.

TASTING NOTES:

NOSE: presenting notes of fruit compote, nutmeg and leather, it testifies to the sophistication and subtlety that the Pinot Noir grape can express when grown in the best climates of Burgundy.

MOUTH:This wine boasts power, but is soft and delicate with complex substance and elegant robustness. The finish is exceptionally long...this is a great wine.
