The harvest is done manually in 14 kg crates. The native varieties, carefully managed by our team, contribute the fresh and fruity character that will define the future wine. Maceration and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks.
The Escursac grapes are foot-pressed in covered plastic buckets for a light carbonic maceration, which is then added to the Mantonegro tank.
The wine is bottled after a light clarification that gives it clarity and brightness.

TASING NOTES
Appearance:
Ruby red, light in color, clean and bright.
Nose:
Aromatically, fresh red fruits predominate with light varietal spice notes and a subtle herbaceous undertone.
Palate:
The attack is gentle, and the mouthfeel is fluid and fresh, inviting another sip. It has a medium finish and very light tannins.
