SENY BLANCO 2024

The harvest is done manually in 14 kg crates, and the native varieties, carefully selected by our team, contribute the fresh and fruity character that will define the future wine.

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with gentle lees stirring.

Malvasia grapes harvested a few weeks earlier to retain acidity and very lightly filtered.

The wine is bottled in June 2025 after a light cleaning process that gives it clarity and brilliance. No animal or dairy products are used. (Suitable for Vegans)

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

Straw yellow with greenish highlights, clean and bright.

Nose:

Aromatically intense with hints of white fruits (white pear, vineyard peach) with very good persistence.

Palate:

A pleasant and fruity attack with high intensity and a straightforward character. The mid-palate is intense with a perfect balance between body and acidity that invites a second sip. The finish is intense with good persistence.
