VINTAGES RIESLING DREISSIGACKER

The grapes for Dreissigacker Chardonnay come from biodynamically cultivated vineyards around Bechtheim and Westhofen in Rheinhessen. The berries are selectively hand-picked and then gently pressed in the winery.

As with all Dreissigacker wines, we place great importance on the careful production of our Chardonnay. The valuable grapes are transported exclusively by gravity. We avoid the use of pumps, as these would only subject our wines to unnecessary pressure. Pre-clarification of Dreissigacker wines is carried out exclusively by sedimentation. Furthermore, we avoid any treatment throughout the entire winemaking process.

TASTING NOTES

Vita:

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections.

Nose:

Noted for its aromas of citrus, green apple, and white peach, with mineral notes typical of the terroir.

Palate:

Fresh, vibrant, and well-balanced, with pronounced acidity and a long, saline finish.
