After a careful selection of our best Garnacha, an early harvest is carried out. The grapes undergo a gentle crushing and a short cold maceration. The elaboration process continues with the application of the traditional method, with a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a refermentation in the bottle where the cava remains in rhyme for a minimum period of 9 months.
