The Grand Cru village of Ambonnay has several very talented winemakers with an immediately recognisable identity, one of those who best personifies the terroir, family tradition and great winemaking skills is Paul Dethune.
In their vintage champagne "Le Haut des Bermonts", the Dethune family offers an alternative to the cuvée "Les Crayeres", approaching the project in a very similar way, but cultivating it in a small vineyard with a surprising potential, the homonymous "Le Haut des Bermonts".
The taste impact is distinguished by the remarkable presence of fruit both on the nose and on the palate.
