Finca La Colina Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is a single varietal white wine made by Vinos Sanz in the D.O. Rueda, Spain. It comes from a selection of the oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines planted in 1980 in the estate of the same name, located in La Seca, Valladolid. These vines, with an average age of 45 years, are grown at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level on alluvial soils covered with boulders, rich in magnesium and calcium and poor in organic matter.

TASTING NOTE
Appearance:
Straw yellow with steely rim, clean and bright.
Nose:
Intense and lush aromas, with tropical notes of mango and passion fruit, citrus such as grapefruit, aromatic herbs, spices such as black pepper and chili pepper, and a vegetal touch of fig leaf. The mineral character is evident, reflecting the gravelly soil of the estate.
Palate:
Explosive intensity, great volume and unctuousness. Very long finish with hints of grapefruit peel and herbal notes.
