HACIENDA ARINZANO Pureza BLANCO 2023

The Hacienda Arínzano Pureza Blanco 2023 is a single-varietal Chardonnay from the 'Canteras Pinos' plot, characterized by its calcareous soil. This wine is part of the 'Chardonnay Lab' project, launched in 2023, with the aim of identifying the aging elements that best preserve the essence of the terroir. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in an 800-liter spherical concrete tank, without epoxidation, allowing for natural micro-oxygenation and constant contact with the fine lees for 12 months. This process gives the wine exceptional complexity and minerality.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections.

Nose:

Intense and complex aromas that combine notes of citrus fruits such as lemon and orange with exotic fruits such as mango and pear.

Palate:

A gentle, glycerin-rich entry with a creamy, fresh texture. The palate is balanced, with well-integrated acidity and a long, persistent finish reminiscent of white pepper and mineral notes.
