Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections, clean and bright, which transmits freshness and youth.

Nose:

Intense aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit, along with floral notes of jasmine and a mineral touch characteristic of the area. There are also slight herbal touches and hints of green apple, which adds complexity.

Mouth:

In the mouth it is fresh, with a vibrant acidity that balances the body of the wine very well. The sensation of freshness is combined with fruity flavors and light saline nuances, resulting in a long and refreshing finish. Its balance and persistence make it perfect to pair with seafood, fish or rice dishes.
