LA TRUCHA Albariño Barrica 2022 is a premium white wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas, made with Albariño grapes from selected vineyards, which has undergone partial aging in oak barrels, which gives it greater complexity and structure. This wine reflects the characteristic freshness of the variety, but with greater depth and toasted notes, provided by the oak. With its balance between fruit and wood, it is an excellent option to pair with larger-bodied dishes such as fatty fish, seafood or white meat.

Nose:

Complex aromas, where notes of ripe fruits such as apple and pear stand out, accompanied by subtle touches of peach. The barrel aging provides delicate aromas of vanilla, toast and light memories of sweet spices, which provide greater complexity to the aromatic profile.

Mouth:

In the mouth it is a full-bodied, creamy and well-structured wine. The vibrant acidity is perfectly balanced by the softness given by the oak notes. The mid-palate is elegant, with excellent persistence and a long, mineral finish that leaves a subtle aftertaste of dried fruits and soft spices.
